The East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) is a 665 km-long railway project being developed by Malaysia Rail Link (MRLSB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Ministry of Finance. The new railway line will connect the states of Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang along the east coast with the Klang Valley on the west coast of Peninsular Malaysia.

The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority, in partnership with the City of Atlanta, is undertaking a significant renovation of the Five Points station, a key transit hub in downtown Atlanta. The planning for the station’s rehabilitation began in 2018, while construction started in 2022 and will be completed by 2028.

Investment: €14.2bn ($16bn)

The Karlsruhe-Basel railway line, also known as the Rhine Valley line, is being expanded and upgraded to accommodate growing long-distance and freight traffic and to clear bottlenecks on the line. Deutsche Bahn is developing the project, which will expand the line to four tracks and upgrade the related infrastructure.
